We conducted user interviews to gather insights on their preferences and expectations in this field. After the interviews, we synthesized the data and organized all the responses.
I held multiple meetings with our developers to comprehend "How to use a Third-Party API and how complex it is?" After a lot of study, I gained a comprehensive understanding of its functioning and designed some workflows to validate with the tech team.
With the approval of the workflow by the tech team, I started to create wireframes. And then, all the screens in High Fidelity.
Working closely with the High Fidelity teams, I interviewed the same users from the beginning, because they were key clients for the company.
The results exceeded expectations, with many expressing satisfaction with the integrations and excited to test the features on the platform.
I provide the Handoff to the developers and collaborated closely with them until the features were made available on the platform.
