The company needed a app for their debt collectors. The app need attend all the requirements like : Working Offline, Read and edit Schedules, upload new renegotiations an much more. Was a big challenge!

First of all, I did an user interview with the debt collectors to understand their routine and all the problems currently. I collect these informations and did a CSD Matrix. I showed for the stakeholders and explained the problems and what I thought mandatory for the app.
After the meeting, I did a App Sitemap with all the features split in their specific areas and showed to the stakeholders.
The stakeholders approved the sitemap and I Jump for the High Fidelity screens because we didn't had time to all the steps correctly.
I did the design system, componentes and library, to facility my life in the future.
With the all screens and protoype done, I did a User Test with the Debt Collectors to collect data and their feedbacks about the app. They loved and had the app faster!
